Samantha is a very capable leader. Strategic with a very high level of emotional intelligence. Reading a room is what Samantha does best, she has a rare skill set that enables her to piece together different pieces of a puzzle, bring together the extreme of many views to reach an acceptable consensus for all. She has the ability to think strategically but also act operationally, she leads by example and is always open to differing views. She does not seek the limelight of success, yet her virtues always shine brightly. She is a very good listener and always is the first to offer help to anyone. I cannot recommend Samantha highly enough.
